Our Services

ARZ Epoxy & Coating provides professional epoxy flooring and surface coating services across Perth Metro, Mandurah and surrounding Western Australia, including:

• Residential garage floor coatings
• Driveway and paver epoxy systems
• Commercial and industrial floor coatings
• Metallic and flake epoxy systems
• Patio and outdoor surface coatings

All services are subject to a site inspection and formal written quote prior to commencement.

Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are obligation-free
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work commences
• Variations to scope of work may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated and agreed to before proceeding
• GST is included in all quoted prices unless otherwise specified

Bookings & Scheduling

To secure a booking, a deposit may be required as outlined in your written quote. We will contact you to confirm your scheduled start date. Start dates are subject to weather conditions, material availability and prior commitments. We will provide reasonable notice if rescheduling is necessary.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, customers must:

• Clear the floor area completely before the scheduled start date (vehicles, shelving, tools, equipment, stored items)
• Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work area
• Disclose any known issues with the concrete slab (previous coatings, moisture problems, structural cracks)
• Ensure adequate ventilation is available throughout the installation
• Keep children and pets away from the work area during installation and curing

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project and additional charges may apply.

5-Year Guarantee

Our 5-year workmanship guarantee covers:

• Peeling and delamination of the coating system
• Chipping under normal use conditions
• Manufacturer defects in materials

The guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, impact, or sharp objects
• Chemical spills not promptly cleaned
• Damage resulting from structural movement of the underlying slab
• Moisture-related issues where the customer failed to disclose pre-existing moisture problems
• Normal wear and tear

Guarantee claims must be made in writing to arzepoxy@gmail.com. We reserve the right to inspect and assess the claim before determining the appropriate remedy.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are outlined in your written quote
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfer and cash unless other arrangements are made
• Overdue payments may incur late fees as permitted by law

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials and labour costs already incurred. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARZ Epoxy & Coating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site. All content on this website is the property of ARZ Epoxy & Coating and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
